        I bought Retropia, but my camera won't take photos?

        To take photos with your Retropia camera, you'll need to turn on the "no-lens shooting" or "no-lens release" setting in the camera's settings menu. This will allow the camera to capture images without a physical lens attached.

        Is the lens disposable?

        No! We repurpose the lenses from disposable film cameras. The lens itself is not disposable and takes unlimited photos/videos.

        Why not just use editing software or presets to achieve the look?

        While editing software can replicate some effects, it lacks the organic imperfections that make real disposable film photography so unique. The Retropia lens creates these effects directly in-camera, saving time on editing while delivering an authentic vintage aesthetic.

        What if I don’t like the results?

        We stand by our product with a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not thrilled with the Retropia lens, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund.

        Does it compromise image quality?
